  • We will NOT “give the key” to prospective tenants for their inspection.
  • WE WILL schedule a personal showing.

 

 

  • We will NOT be “closed” during reasonable hours, typically 5 days per week.
  • WE WILL be available to prospective tenants, current tenants and owners. E-mail is the quickest way to receive an answer or, for an after hours tenant emergency, a call to our after hours phone.

 

 

  • We will NOT ignore maintenance requests.
  • WE WILL respond to all maintenance requests in a prioritized and timely manner.

 

 

  • We will NOT allow the costs of tenant-caused damages to pass to the owner without seeking every avenue to collect from the responsible party.
  • WE WILL bill the tenant for all tenant-caused damages.

 

 

  • We will NOT violate Oregon Tenant Landlord Laws.
  • WE WILL comply with the ever-changing landlord tenant laws, learning through continuing education and membership in industry associations.
