Northwest Pacific Property Management LLC is a licensed and bonded general contract for ALL STRUCTURES in the state of Oregon. CCB #192414.
Northwest Pacific Property Management, LLC specializes in management of residential and some commercial properties throughout Salem, Oregon and as far south as Lebanon, Oregon with units available in Albany, Mill City, Jefferson, Dallas, Monmouth, Independence, Salem and Keizer.
Clean & Green Landscape Maintenance is a subsidiary of this business and is owned by Northwest Pacific Property Management LLC. This landscape service works exclusively for our owners in maintaining the perfect appearance of our properties.

Pat J. Gorham, R.E.P.M is a licensed Real Estate Property Manager in the State of Oregon. Pat is the principal licensee of Northwest Pacific Property Management.
Our company is staffed by Sandra Dickman, R.E.P.M., a licensed property manager, Erika our office assistant and leasing agent, Marlene who is our onsite management representative and leasing agent and several maintenance technicians. Additionally, our team extends to literally hundreds of valued sub-contractors. Our entire team works together to maintain our properties to the highest possible standard.

Our office is open 7 days a week, primarily by appointment only. There is a secure, well lit RENT DROP on the front door. This drop box is available 24/7/365. The drop box is available for cashier’s checks, checks, money orders or paperwork, NEVER DROP CASH IN THE RENT DROP!
